Know More About Me

No one knows yourself more than you do. Everybody has its own purpose in this world. Each person finds their own mission along their journey.

Hello world! I am Khrissie Gallardo from Flora, Sto. Domingo, Ilocos Sur. A 15 year old student of Ilocos Sur National High School. I always laugh because I've got reasons to laugh! Haha! I love babies, especially boys. I always bond with them, plus making fun of them during my free time. I'm a different person when I'm with my family and friends. For example, I sing when I'm with my friends, but when I'm with my family, I always refuse. I'm shy sometimes, or always? That's why my family calls me "Chay". I'm not photogenic, I always end up looking worst at my photos. I also love watching series (Netflix series) that I will learn something on. At days, I'm hype but at night I'm overthinking that will lead to crying. I also enjoyed sitting alone in my room with the butterfly LED lights on and with music. With that I feel calmed. I'm a soft-hearted person. I also play musical instruments but not that skilled. I lack of confidence. My dream is to become an Aircraft Mechanic, I also want to have a winery business someday in God's will.

Just like I said, I'm a soft-hearted person, I care about other people say about me, and because of that tears will start falling down on my cheeks. At nights, sometimes I cry because I'm thinking about my future, I'm worried that what if I'm not going to graduate? What if I'm not going to have a job? What if I'm not able to help my family? These are the things inside my head at night. And every night I just tell God all of my problems, and ask for His guidance, also to thank Him for every blessings I have. I'm a girl with a big dream and a God-fearing person. And no one gets to judge me for being the real me.

A Letter For Mr. President

Dear Mr. President,

Hello sir! How are you? Are you doing fine? I hope you do. I know that being the President of one country has a lot of duties and responsibilities, especially during this pandemic.

On 2016 election, I was not able to vote, because I'm just 12 years old back then. But I have rooted for you because I've heard all the things you do to make Davao City a better place. And I also thought that you would be different from the past leaders we had. And I'm so glad when I saw the results of the election on the TV, I'm glad that people choose you to become the President.

As years passed, I have seen your actions for every problem that our country has faced. But when this COVID-19 starts to spread in our country, many people expected that you would be on top of everything. I got a bit disappointed for the decisions and actions you have done. I don't know what makes you do your action and decisions. Must it be your age? Or is it your health?

After I saw every decision and action you do, I still continue to believe and respect you because as a Filipinos we believe that we are called to honor our leaders. I just hope that you still remember the promises that you said when you were still campaigning. All I can say to you Mr. President, is that don't forget to pray to God. Don't hesitate to ask for His help and guidance. Also to offer every decision you make and He will lead you the way, because with Him nothing could go wrong.

 One of your citizens,

  Khrissie Gallardo
